We refuse to forward messages we feel to be derogatory (e.g. racist, bigoted, violent, slanderous etc), through our personalised card service. Should an order be placed which is deemed by Guruhuahua to contain a message of offensive and depreciating nature, a blank card will be sent to the billing address, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Cancellations & Refund policy
We will not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty. We do not offer returns for change of mind of purchase.
Products purchased in large quantities (bulk orders) or at reduced rates (sales items) may not be returned after 7 days of receiving if damaged. How to exchange or return via post is detailed below.
Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or if it was supplied incorrectly, you can choose to have the items replaced, or refunded. Photographic evidence of damage to the packaging, and/or faulty goods must be supplied for a refund or replacement. We will also cover the cost of postage for new items or refund your original postage cost if you choose to have the item/s refunded.
